Emphasis is placed on using a sustainable architecture and choice of materials in the construction of the building, which seeks to minimize the buildings’ negative environmental impact through efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, development space and the ecosystem in general. The architecture of the building is shaped and executed so that it appears as a beautiful sculpture in the middle of nature.
