Ground plan

  • The ground plan is laid out for: • Congress / theater / concert hall for up to 7,000 seated guests and 10,000 standing guest at concerts. 
  • Exeptional light and sound experiences. • Art Museum – possibly with a well-known artist as the
    main attraction and otherwise ongoing exhibitions by
    various artists.
  • A small round-arch cinema with a screening of 3D nature films. Including a short film with “a drone journey” to the top of the tower and the view from the top of the tower – recorded during the 4 seasons. 
  • Cafeteria for tourists and other visitors to the building.
  • Exhibition areas for presentation of various sights/attractions in the local area / Region Zealand. An all-encompassing kaleidoscope of Zealand sights: the visitor can tune in to and get a taste of what can be experienced at the main destination itself. For example: 
    Storebæltsbyggeriet – Fæstningen Korsør – Trelleborg
    vikingeborg – Antvorskov Castle ruin – and much more.
    (It is the intention that all municipalities in the region
    are encouraged to come up with sights for their local
    areas that they want to be exibited in the welcome
    center).
  • Store areas – including a grocery store. • Exhibition areas where local businesses can present themselves on a digital platform.
  • Hotel reception.
  • Small pool/water park for hotel guests.
  • Bathrooms and service areas.
  • Optionally: several of the abovementioned activities can be established on the 2nd floor, together with shops for different brands.

Other floors

  • 4-star hotel business with min. 100 rooms incl. conference and meeting rooms.
  • Condominiums in various sizes.
  • Office leases for commercial liberal professions that have the potential, together with the  number of visitors, to make construction profitable for investors.
  • Possibly. Time Share Vacation Apartments.
  • The upper floors are executed with glass facade all around for establishment of a rotating gourmet restaurant as well as a rotating viewing platform.

Basement

  • Backdrop storage room for theater and concert activity.
  • Various depots.
  • Large kitchen for large dining events.
  • Parking on 2 levels for staff and VIP guests, as well as standard guest parking.
