The scope and size of the tower building require a team of employees who can manage the day-to-day operations and servicing the building’s daily users. Therefore a suitable area will be allocated for staff facilities.
Method of construction and choice of materials will be planned with emphasis on minimizing the level of maintainance required by the building. Likewise, during the project planning, day-to-day logistics should be considered, with regard to various users’ needs in terms of delivery and pick-up of the goods.
The building’s almost 107,000 m² offers many possibilities of utilization for various commercial and cultural purposes, as well as the possibility of combining spaces for various purposes which can be mutually complementary. Therefore, dynamic synergies and profitable operation can be achieved.
An investor has the opportunity to operate the tower building different ways, e.g. full “in-house” operation of all business areas as one extreme or as full rental business as the other extreme.
In this presentation, it is assumed that the vast majority of the building’s area is operated through letting.
